Complaint handling: Complaints via abuse@ are processed within 24 hours; complainers are immediately suppressed
Volume: We ramp sending gradually on new IPs following industry warmup best practices
No snowshoe sending: All email is sent from our single dedicated IP

Every email includes our physical postal address
Every email includes a visible, working unsubscribe link
Both HTML and plain text versions are provided
DKIM signature on every outbound message

Suppression & Removal Requests

To request removal of an email address from our list:

Email abuse@messagenow.live with the address to remove
Use our unsubscribe page
Reply to any email with "unsubscribe" in the subject or body

Removal requests are processed immediately and the address is added to our permanent suppression list.

FBL (Feedback Loop) Participation

We participate in all available Feedback Loops and honor unsubscribe requests from complaint feedback. If your ISP offers an FBL not listed here, please contact us at postmaster@messagenow.live.
